I really appreciate the staff. They were very helpful and attentive . The hotel's location is very convenient, only a short walk to main attractions (Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia). I liked the daily provision of a water bottle, a simple but thoughtful touch.
The gym and pool were quite small.

The breakfast included some traditional Turkish food and a continental selection. I found it rich and satisfying. There were many options to start the day well (especially the pastries!).

I found the location amazing as key tourist sites were close. the staff were friendly too. the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. there are two parks close by. This was really good for the kids.

the staff were nice. there is a park across the street, it gives the location a nice feel. i enjoyed the roof top terrace.
the pool was closed. there was not a very nice smell in the pool changing rooms or steam room. the hotel advised there was an airport shuttle, but they just book taxis.

the location was really convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was spacious and clean. i especially liked the balcony windows and the view of the park.
the bathroom felt small and outdated. i also noticed some mould. the windows were not sealed well. this let in wind and noise, it was quite disturbing. the pool and spa were closed. i was really disappointed since i booked with that in mind.
